About Me
I am proudly an Associate Broker with KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY, I have lived in Albuquerque since 1979, and I have been a Realtor® since 1995. My designations include: Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), CRS® Certified Residential Specialist, I am an E-Pro certified agent, Ecobroker® and I am Albuquerque’s only Allen F. Hainge CyberStar®. I am locally ranked as one of the top real estate brokers in the state of New Mexico. I am knowledgeable in all areas of Albuquerque and I stay familiar with current trends and high-tech aspects of buying and selling in today’s demanding market.
I have also served as an expert witness in legal cases regarding real estate matters.
I have served as the Chairperson of the Policy Committee at the Southwest Multiple Listing Service (MLS), I have served as a Director of SWMLS, and I am currently on the NMAR Forms Committee. I have served on many focus groups, and planning committees and have held classes instructing fellow Realtors on how to utilize today’s technology to help their business.
In November of 2021, I was appointed to the New Mexico Real Estate Commission by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham. The mission of the New Mexico Real Estate Commission is to protect the public and enhance the professional competence of real estate brokers. The New Mexico Real Estate Commission was created by state law in 1959 and charged with enforcing the Real Estate License Law and the Real Estate Commission Rules. This is a great honor for me to serve in this role.
